    No. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, it is crucial that we carry information about who our customers are for trade customers.

  • Can I delete my account?

    You can ship with us using either through shipping (if available) or you can pick up the products.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes, we can ship internationally but you have to reach us at 0800 115 299.

  • What Is the Average Delivery?

    Average delivery time is 2-3 work days for New Zealand urban delivery or 3-5 work days for rural.

Orders & Returns

  • How Do I place Or Cancel An Order?

    After creating an account with us, simply contact us either using our form or by phone, or by dropping by our physical address.

  • How Can I Return my Order?

    If for some reason you need to return some or all of your order, contact us to discuss arrangements for it. Our return policy can be found here.

  • Can I Somehow Track My Order?

    Yes you can. We can provide a tracking code to you once the order has been fulfilled and is sent on delivery.
